The MSI Wind12 U230 in question is equipped with an AMD Athlon X2 Dual Core Neo L335 (1.6 GHz), 2GB DDR2 and a storage space of 500 GB without forgetting some Radeon Mobility HD3200. The touchpad displays rather large proportions and is seen with two separate buttons. The keyboard has a standard size. It takes the whole width of the chassis and benefits from soft responsive buttons.

Right found the front to rear attachment Kensington, Ethernet, card reader, 2 USB ports and microphone and speaker. Between USB and Audio ports, another connector is present. The Wind12 U230 will indeed embark on an optional digital TV tuner. The speakers are positioned at the front, below with these grids across the width. At left, from front to rear these USB ports, HDMI, an air vent, VGA and power connector.

The 6 cell battery 5200mAh Li-Ion 58Wh exceeds the underside of the unit and should offer a range of 4 to 6 hours. Once removed, we find a SIM card slot at the rear. Note, however, it is optional. Below, a broad panel facilitates access to key components. In Taiwan, presented the MSI Wind 12-U230 (L335, 2 GB, 500 GB) appears at about 450 euros.
