MSI introduces new notebooks equipped with a Mobility Radeon HD5470, the CX605 format 15.6 inches and 17.3 inches CX705. The MSI CX605 and MSI CX705 are both architected around a chipset SiS 672 + SiS 968 DX.
They display a design to finish with a textured surface resistant to scratches and does not show fingerprints. The keyboard is like Chiclet and has a numeric keypad while the touchpad slightly down in the frame and offset on the left has a chrome bar buttons. Much of the connector is located at the back which is pretty rare.
Eco technology it is of course the party. The user has the possibility to choose among 5 different operating modes best suited to the use he wants to make PC games, movies, presentations, office or Turbo Battery mode. With the latter, it is possible to reduce the energy consumption of the device include reducing the operating frequency of the processor to obtain greater autonomy.
Few differences exist between MSI CX605 and MSI CX705 apart from their size and weight. Note that the Mobility Radeon HD5470 integrated CX705 has only 512 MB DDR3 dedicated cons 1 GB dedicated to the CX605. However, it lacks a subwoofer.
MSI CX605 and MSI CX705
MSI has clearly resolved to propose these new models with old Core 2 Duo and not Core i3/i5/i7 new, what some may regret. In view of their configurations, the CX605 and CX705 MSI seems to be especially designed for everyday use. In all cases, they seem to destine or gamers or multimedia enthusiasts. MSI CX605 and MSI CX705 Notebook prices and release dates are currently unknown.
