LG has unveiled a new smartphone that looks formidable, as will the first Android 2.2 device equipped with a dual-core processor the LG Optimus 2X.
LG Star has been officially presented with the new name of Optimus 2X. LG Optimus 2X is dual core the new super smartphone, this is should be the first commercially available dual-core processor with Nvidia Tegra 2 rhymes with performance and fluidity in the user experience in addition to reducing energy consumption in some cases. The Optimus 2X will be the first technological and market with a smartphone equipped with Android 2.2 Froyo when it was released, but predisposed to future updates by LG.
The LG Optimus 2X will therefore contribute to its dual-core processor for multiple tasks including video recording. Indeed, the Optimus 2X will, in addition to video calls via the lens on the front, recording videos in high definition 1080p through its 8-megapixel sensor. Finally, the screen 4 inches with a resolution of 480 x 800 pixels is also in the standard premium.

If the LG Optimus 2X should be marketed in South Korea in early 2011, it is expected on the old continent in the first quarter (Q1) of the year. The Korean manufacturer has not given details yet.
