Nintendo has used its E3 pre-conference to unveil its mysterious 3DS. 3D Games, analog stick, 3D image capturing, and motion detection. Announced very briefly earlier this year by the firm Nippon, Nintendo 3DS is a reality today, and Nintendo unveiled to international media at E3 in Los Angeles the next handheld console.
An unusual design for the Nintendo 3DS, with a larger top screen (for viewing of 3D without glasses), an analog stick, a switch to increase or reduce the 3D effect, a power button and saw a rearrangement of the buttons Select and Start, and the arrival of a Home button.

A top screen of 3.5 “for the 3D without glasses. The latter will thus discover the joys of 3D directly on the handheld console (without glasses), and therefore bears 3DS look quite different from its predecessors. Two photo sensors on the front will capture images in 3D, while the internal sensor is now positioned above the upper screen. The lower screen of course retains its touchscreen capabilities, and the console is backwards compatible with DS games. The other main change introduced by the 3DS is the addition of an analog stick, positioned just above the cross of traditional leadership. A first for a Nintendo handheld, but a presence almost mandatory to get the best 3D games. Note that the PSP as PSP GB, it also has an analog stick, for his part, placed below the cross direction.
The Nintendo 3DS course remain an opportunity to take photos, like the Nintendo DSi and DSi XL. However, the 3DS is distinguished by the presence of two sensors on its front cover, which will take pictures in 3D. The firm Kyoto, however, remained very quiet on the price of this 3DS, and its availability in the world. Finally, note that DS games are compatible with conventional 3DS, and that Nintendo announces powerful graphics revised upwards.
