Do You Know These Bad Foods


Identify your desire to eat : You could be hungry because you’re bored, because you have an addiction to food or because your body lacks something it needs. If you want to:

  • Chocolate (magnesium miss you): Women should be careful when they are menstruating, falling levels of magnesium. Try fruit, nuts or supplements of vitamins / minerals in place,
  • Sugar (you miss the simple carbohydrates, protein and complex carbohydrates) are broken down carbohydrates into sugar. Sugar is a molecule that is metabolized very quickly so it’s not a good source for energy over a long period. Your best sources of energy are protein and complex carbohydrates (which come mostly unprocessed whole grains, including food called complete)
  • Fried foods (you lack calcium, omega-3) fatty acids omega-3 fats are good. Try eating more fish, milk, cheese or eggs. These foods contain omega-3 in addition to providing calcium,
  • Salty foods (you’re dehydrated or lack of vitamin B, chloride) that desire is slightly more difficult to meet because it could also be stress that leads to a lack of vitamin B. When you want to eat something salty, try drinking a glass of water and relax.
