New information / rumors just appear on the Net about the future Tablet PC (Tablet or Mac) from Apple. Considering the latest news for first quarter 2010 and more specifically for the month of March, it finally seems that this device does not point the tip of her nose before the second half of 2010.
This is indeed what has been said sources close to component manufacturers to Digitimes. Apple has in fact decided to modify some components of the Tablet. Or rather its Tablet since both models are planned: a 10.6-inch TFT LCD and another 9.7 inches benefit of OLED technology.
If the presence of such a screen is confirmed, this would give some indication as to the prices of Apple Tablet 9.7 inches It must indeed take about $ 500 for a slab OLED format. Knowing that a screen is about 30% of the total cost of the device, it would bring the total production cost in the neighborhood of 1500-1700 dollars.
However, the price of OLED panels should decline over the coming months and the overall cost would then be around 1200-1500 dollars.
